When Long Painting is on the job the customer should rest assured that it brings over 350 years of collective experience from its core management team. In our 40 yar history of painting projects we have experienced almost every weather condition imaginable, from the frigid cold to the extreme heat. Be it a project in excess of $20,000,000 or one that lasts for 10 years or a 2 week turnaround, all have to be done on time and with as little disruption as possible to other operations. Knowing that and meeting the schedule are the most critical parts of any job. Our management team and multi-skilled workforce of painters are available to solve even the most challenging of painting or specialty coating applications. The Five Diamond Program complements Long's Safety Campaign. Projects awarded the Five Diamond status must meet the critical items and measurement criteria listed below:
- Safety - No OSHA Injuries / No Citations
- Quality - No Rework
- Customer Service - Satisfied Customer
- Productivity - On Time Completion
Projects achieving Five Diamond status are acknowledged each quarter. At the end of the year the three owners of Long Painting Company select one project as "Diamond of the Year". Recognition of this project is displayed on a perpetual plaque displayed in the lobby of our Kent, WA office.
The owners will also recognize one foreman as "Foreman of the Year". The Foreman of the Year will also be recognized on the perpetual plaque displayed in the lobby of our Kent, WA office.
